Netherlands probably doesn’t really have much reason to speak English on a massive scale. Aside from British businessmen perhaps. Americans don’t have much reason to learn Dutch either though. The americans learn about how they are so great for butting into other people’s buisness.
In my country, im dutch, we learn about how great we resisted in WOII, even though most people here worked together with the Germans.
