There are some appalling comments on here, I think both sides fought bravely. The British invented concentration camps for the best of reasons. However, the camps were not mananged properly, there was a lack of food, Boer’s loyal to Britain and those not were all grouped together resulting in them killing one another. the consequences were terrible. Although, the idea to deprive the Boer forces of there supply’s was sound, and it brought the war to an end.
